Hello We are looking for a guy (20 to 28 years old) to replace one of us.The flat is about 65 m2, has 2 bedrooms, a large living-room, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilet and 2 balconies.There is provided Internet + a landline phone with free international calls to most countries in the world.The flat is for 4 people, so 2 people share 1 room. The lucky one will share a room with kallin (from bulgaria).The rent is 392€ / month per person + additional expenses like internet and electricity (ca. 20€/month per person). The deposit to be given in the beginning is 680 euro.The place will be available from 1st January 2013 so do not miss the chance to begin the new year with a new accommodation.You may live with sophie (UK), Karren (Brazil) and Kallin (bulgaria).
